Before placing your cupcake order, please confirm your pickup date is correct; we are not responsible for nor will we issue refunds for cupcake pickups that don’t match the date and time chosen when ordering. Also, all cancellations require 48 hours advance notice, no exceptions.
Please be as specific as possible when describing the way you would like your cupcakes to be decorated. Unless decorations are specified, they are up to the decorators’ discretion.
