Q: Do you do gluten free?

Q: Do you do vegan items?
A: All of our products are free of dairy, egg, honey, and other animal products. We also strive to make veganism approachable to all by utilizing “accidentally vegan” ingredients like Oreos and Fruity Pebbles. You can read more about accidentally vegan products here: Because of this, some of our products will contain foods processed on shared equipment and will contain traces of common allergens. If you have any allergen concerns, please contact us.

Q: Have you tried making gluten free?
A: Yep. It’s not what we do. We do not offer gluten free

Q: Are your doughnuts gluten free?
A: No. See above.

Q: Can I special order gluten free?
A: No.

Q: Do you offer nut/soy free?
A: We do not. We make some products without nuts/soy, but as everything is processed on shared equipment we can not guarantee zero cross contamination. If there is a serious allergy, we can not accommodate.

Q: How do I pay?
A: Payment is not required in advance, unless it’s a fully custom cake or a wedding cake. You will be notified if your cake requires advanced payment, and you will receive an invoice.
Otherwise, you’ll pay when you pick up at the front register.

Q: Can I pay in advance?
A: For sure! We DO NOT accept credit cards over the phone, but we are more than happy to send you an invoice to pay online.

Q: Why can’t I talk to someone on the phone?
A: Because we are a shared market that houses several businesses, with one phone line, the person you’re speaking to does not handle orders or bakery items besides boxing them. When you email us, we will promptly respond, with the right people to get you answers. We also like to have a record of all conversations regarding cakes, so the person making your cake can see exactly what you’re looking for.

Q: Can I special order doughnuts?
A: Unfortunately at this time, no. It’s first come first serve, because once we made them for the day we can’t make more. To keep it fair, you just have to come in. We don’t run out until around noon currently. (Barring any unusual circumstances, and sometimes it’s later)
