Valhalla Bakery is the brainchild of Celine Mariah Duvoisin. A 9 year veteran of Publix bakeries, Celine worked her way from Cake Decorator to Baker, Trainer, and Bakery Manager. She ventured into egg free, dairy free desserts by request and, in doing so, realized there was a lack of these delicious desserts. As a result, Valhalla Bakery was born. Opened in 2014, Valhalla focuses on decadent, flavorful, and unique desserts that everyone can indulge in. Celine’s philosophy is that desserts should be savored and not seen as a health food.
